The cappers of the Platynum series from Seven Fluss are suitable for handling several types of caps (screw-on, push-on, twist-off) with a speed of 2800 to 15,000 pcs/h. The number of capping heads varies from the basic one-star model (alternating transport star) to the multi-head rotary models (three to ten heads).
Depending on the type of cap, different types of capping heads are available: Magnetic friction, hysteresis, brushless for pre-threaded caps, plastic or metal with torque adjustment. Servo motors can be installed on the cappers for precise electronic torque. The automatic feeding of the caps is carried out by a mechanical orientor fed by a caps elevator for caps loading.
Format change is quick and easy and does not require the use of tools. The machine frame is in AISI 304 stainless steel and is positioned on height-adjustable feet. It is available in ATEX and anti-corrosion version. Safety guards are also made in AISI 304; they are manufactured following UE regulations and integrated into the machine frame.
