Master Blower is an energy-efficient blower capable of pushing up to 20/30,000 rpm, whose main application is the drying of high and medium speed bottling lines.

Proposed by Apply Italia, it has a high thrust with a positive impact on the production chain to estimate the pay-off of the investment in just 6-8 months of usage. Its compactness allows to occupy little space in drying lines and suction systems.

The output reaches 3000 cm/h with only 11 kW of installed power. To maximize efficiency, the volute design features a radial diffuser with no vanes and optimized fluid dynamic sections. The impeller is designed with the best methods available in aeronautical turbo fan machines, including: Three-dimensional flow blades; optimized inlet and outlet angles to reach high pressures and performances; accurate mechanical processes to ensure an aerodynamic flow through the blades and the box.

The motor is ultra-compact and lightweight without tail-motor mechanisms (no belt and pulley, no maintenance needed). It is designed for continuous and constant speed adjustments. It features long-lasting pre-loaded bearings and ensures reliability in every operating conditions.
