Reduced maintenance, user-friendliness and easy cleaning are the main features of Fury, an industrial washer that Akomag proposes for the beverage industry.

Some of the main features of these machines are: Automated level control in the tanks; self-cleaning filters in the spray tanks; automated control of the working temperature and advance speed; high-pressure stainless-steel pumps; electrical system with IP 55 protection rating; heat exchanger for heating by steam.

Available in various sizes and types, these machines are designed to meet multiple production needs: M version from 100 to 300 crates/h, S version from 200 to 1000 crates/h, SL version from 800 to 3000 crates/h (dual line), XSL version from 2000 to 7500 crates/h (dual line).

The cleaning of crates takes place via a conveyor belt which accompanies the crate along its entire journey: Crate inlet, residue unloading, pre-washing, washing with detergent solution, rinsing with hot water, rinsing with direct supply water and crate outlet. Washing is done by detergent solution at 60°C, rinsing with direct supply water at 15°C.
