During the process, the grippers of the machine grasp the bottles and flip them 180°, apply the chosen treatment and return them into an upright position for the filling.
The rinsers can treat containers with sterile or deionized air, micro-filtered water, steam, acids or with the product to be filled. All treatments are suitable for low, medium and high production, providing operational flexibility. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures strength and durability, while the ergonomic design allows quick, tool-free format changes reducing downtime.
The machine is equipped with HMI interface with remote service included for an immediate technical support. The rinsing machine is supplied with all the necessary documentation for the food industry to ensure compliance and traceability.
