Ergomec (Pegaso Industries) is specialized in the design, production and installation of automatic turnkey systems for the storage, dosing and mixing of raw materials in powder or granular form.

It uses technologies that reduce raw material waste and intelligent control systems that minimize operator-to-product contact in process to eliminate contamination risks and improve the safety and quality of the finished product. Each plant, designed according to Industry 4.0, ensures interconnection between the different production stages. A distinguishing feature is the use of quality materials such as stainless steel and aluminium, which ensure corrosion resistance and the absence of undesirable reactions in contact with food or polymers.

In its production plant, the company produces monolithic silos in a single block using automatic welding technologies that ensure structural strength, weather resistance and long life. Silos occupy a minimum floor space and allow the supply and loading of raw materials from tanks, trains and containers to be managed. Plant quality is certified FDA, Moca, EN1090 and ISO3834 certified.
