The MLS level indicator with a membrane proposed by Saba can be placed at approximately 300 mm from the bottom of food tanks.
Entirely made in AISI 316 stainless steel, it measures the hydrostatic pressure that the product exerts on the membrane.
The tool is based on Schaeffer technology: It uses a large and specially shaped membrane to ensure the maximum sensitivity and repeatability of the measurement; the membrane is welded in TIG to the separator. This system allows the measurement of dense products with suspended particles (must, lees, concentrated fruit juices, wine and other food products) because the separation membrane guarantees perfect sanitization. The scale range of the indicator varies according to the tank height.
The main technical features are: Dial with diameters of 100, 150 or 200 mm; 1% full scale accuracy; IP 55 rating; simple radial connections or with electrical contacts; case diameters 100, 150 or 200 mm in stainless steel.
