Laser is able to provide different mixing system according to the customer’s needs: from horizontal mixers designed for dry biscuits and shortbread, to planetary machines for cakes and cookies up to the preparation systems continuous kneading for creams and batters. All systems are designed, manufactured and tested in-house.

The image shows the horizontal mixer entirely made in stainless steel, which is available in different sizes, with capacities ranging from 200 to 2000 liters. This extremely versatile mixer is the ideal solution for the production of dough for soft, extruded and drop biscuits. The Z-arm allows to quickly mix and homogenize the liquid ingredients with those in powder.

This arm is obtained from a single seamless stainless-steel casting, to ensure the best mechanical strength and homogenization quality. Available on all models, the DD (Double discharge) variant has a 230° rotating bowl that allows the mixer to be used on both sides to load and unload the dough directly in-line. Rotation can be either automated or manually controlled.
